Barriers can include missing equipment, an unreliable connection, confusing instructions, inaccessible interfaces or nobody to ask for help. Different communities need different responses.
For children, these obstacles can affect schoolwork and the chance to explore interests. They should not be mistaken for a lack of ability or motivation.
Education that respects each starting point
Our foundation works to strengthen digital skills, particularly where access to modern technology is limited. We want to widen opportunities to explore coding, game creation and other digital tools.
An inclusive approach provides understandable tasks, room for questions and respect for different learning speeds. Supporting parents and teachers is part of supporting children.
Projects, campaigns and shared knowledge
Our work includes promoting digital education through projects, campaigns and conferences. Cooperation with media and partners helps raise awareness of digital inclusion.
Research teams, studies and analysis of access to technology also form part of the foundation’s mission. Better understanding of barriers can inform conversations about practical responses.
